Sometimes when people first sign up, they may not have the most up to date video codecs for their computer.  This is why you must update your DivX/Windows Media Player and/or follow the steps below first before giving up;

  • Make sure you have the divX player installed -  For PC and For Mac.
  • If you do, then first update the DivX and Windows Media Player from within each player.  Reboot.  Try the video again.
  • Try openning the video in different video players.  Try the DivX player first, then Windows Media and even Real Time.
  • If you are still having problems with video, you might need to install this codec pack (for PC) and try it again.
  • And at this point, make sure you’ve downloaded a clip from a different movie to make sure it’s not movie specific.

Still No Luck?

Join The Videos?

Most of the videos are split up scene by scene.  If you wish to join them, I prefer this software – here. It’s actually what I use to split them up.  I split them up so you can download a particular scene as opposed to one giant video file.
